======Disrupt======

Syntax: disrupt

During combat, you can use the Holtzman Field generated by your
shieldbelt to try and disrupt the cell structure of your opponent.
If successful, they will be weakened for a brief period.

If in combat, you can simply type "disrupt" and you will
automatically attempt to disrupt your first opponent.

Requirements:
  -Guild Level: 15
  -Command Points: 10
  -Shieldbelt Power: 1000 to use, drains around 100 power units
