**Requirements:** Bindu Level 100

**Cost:** 250 Resilience

**What it does:** This command uses the Gird skill to restore all fortitude layers.

**Usage:** gird

**Example:** 'gird'

Using advanced Bindu training, the Bene Gesserit Sister
can change her body metabolism and reach deep down to
gird herself for incoming damage. This has the effect
of immediately restoring all fortitude layers.
