One of the primary knowledges of the Bene Gesserit,
Manipulation focuses on the disciplines of control
and exploitation. Many abilities in this knowledge
will cause damage-over-time effects, cause debuffs
to enemy damage, and control them in various ways.

Manipulation Skills and Abilities:

  MLVL 10 : Agony      - Attack + Damage-Over-Time
  MLVL 20 : Blind      - Debuff ability
  MLVL 30 : Exhaust    - Debuff ability
  MLVL 40 : Rupture    - Adds DoT to attacks
  MLVL 50 : Voice      - Multiple control/DoT
  MLVL 60 : Distract   - Control ability
  MLVL 75 : Imprint    - Debuff/Control ability
  MLVL 100: Prescience - Awareness/Divination
