====== Meditate ======

**Command:** meditate

**Requirements:** Bindu Level 20

**What it does:** This command toggles the Meditate recovery skill.

**Usage:** meditate

**Example:** 'meditate'

This ability taps into the Bindu training
of the Sisterhood which involves control of
internal bodily functions.
While in this state, your body and mind will
repair themselves at an accelerated rate.
The Sister will be completely unable to do
anything while in this state, but will be
safely hidden from enemies.
To awaken from your meditation, simply use
the 'meditate' command again.
