Solution 1

Cal Ap: 8e, ne, 2n, ne, station, say I will help Now we need to get two things:

• a sick salmon
• a laboratory equipement

The Fish: fish eq shop: cal ap,8e,ne,se,s,sw if no more bait and fish eq shop closed: from fish eq shop: se, s, se, buy bait

Get yourself a fishing net or a rod in the cottage (opened during day only) and lot of bait. use a rod … and some triggers, cause fishing is pretty boring. (triggers for zmud)

When we fish a sick salmon, time to get lab eq. The equipement is on Arrakis, get a compass (2n,4e,bazaar,e,buy compass) and rent an orni (s,5e,pad,office) You can go onfoot if you like.

There are 3 or 4 bases on the desert : Equipement is in X43Y53 Watch out for spike trap,search corner,search bin, push button, enter hole, search equipement

When you got fish and lab eq, go back to scientist on Caladan (11e,ne,n,n,ne,station) and the quest is done.

Getting fish is easy, it just take lot of time if you're unlucky ;) Get yourself a fishing net or a rod in the cottage (opened during day only) and lot of bait. A time ago you could repair a net, so it was faster, but when I did this quest recently, I used a rod … and some triggers, cause fishing is pretty boring. (triggers for zmud)
