====== Skills====== When you first start with the Fish Speakers guild, you will have six skills you can train: * **Discipline** - Reduces ability costs * **Proficiency** - Increases damage with weapons * **Determination** - Gives stat bonuses and defense * ** Cunning** - Your abilities succeed more * ** Precognition** - Reduces your cooldowns * **Speed ** - Gives more attacks per round Additionally, you can gain other skills as you advance in the guild. Each profession has its own skill associated with it: **Scout:** Lethality - Adds damage to attacks equal to a percentage of opponent HP. **Medic: ** Vitality - Directly raises your heal_bonus on a 1:1 ratio. **Warrior:** Carnage - Increases the damage and duration of all of your bleeds. You will also unlock the [[guilds:speakers:skills:companion:camaraderie|Camaraderie]] skill at Guild Level 150. This skill directly affects your bond ability.
