Active Medic Ability

Syntax:

               cauterize or cauterize <target>
               
**Requires :** Guild Level 600, Medic Profession

**Cost :** 50 Energy

**Based on :** Heal_bonus

**Effects:**
Cauterize is a Medic ability that allows you to heal yourself for a large amount of health. However, you will first take a percentage of your health as damage first. If your health is too low, you won't be able to cauterize at all.
