Passive Scout Ability

**Usage:** Passive, no command

**Requires :** Guild Level 1000, Scout Profession

**Cost :** None

**Based on :** None

**Effects:**

Cheat_death is a passive ability that allows the Scout to periodically avoid an otherwise fatal
blow and heal them for a portion of their max HP. This ability is on a long cooldown.

This ability requires no activation and will happen automatically.
