Active Medic Ability

**Syntax:** 

             poultice, or poultice <target>

**Requires :** Guild Level 200, Medic Profession

**Cost :** 10 Ginseng

**Based on :** Heal_bonus

**Effects:**

This ability allows the Medic to use the Ginseng herb and some bandaging to create a healing poultice. This poultice will heal the target over time.
