    Word around the crack houses and brothels of Geidi Prime is that the
    Baron Harkonnen has hired an Ixian computer hacker to try to break
    into the Ixian main computer grid and steal some kind of secrets.
    The hacker has run into some problems however, and could use some
    help. Find him hidden high up above Ventura City in the skydome and
    offer him your help.

This quest is a royal pain just to get started: 
  - You'll need to buy climbing gear and two batteries on Ix.
  - Travel to Ventura and find a structure whose walls have "a rough look to them."
  - //Climb// the //building// all the way.
  - Make your way down into the basement to the computer. Now you'll need those batteries.

Random other tips:
  * The object you're seeking is a dissembler.
  * The Conduits //MUST// be activated in the right order. (Shoutout to Ravien who looked through the code to spot this crucial but nonobvious fact)
  * A fuse can be found in another climbable building in Ventura.
  * Each conduit room, except the second, contains its entire address somewhere.
