Requires : Guild Level 300, Scout Profession

Cost: 30 Energy

Based on : Success_Bonus, Attack_Bonus

Effects:

Fish Speaker Scouts are excellent hunters and trackers. Once they have their quarry in site, it's incredibly difficult to shake them.

Scouts are able to shoot spikes into their opponents, which not only impale them, but can also detonate upon command. There is no limit to the number of spikes you can shoot into your opponent.

These spikes will slowly deactivate over time if you don't detonate them.

This ability is NOT affected by COST_BONUS.
