The Den is in the main city, you do not need to take an orni or walk through the desert.

The first area is only a small part of the Den. Look carefully for a secret door.

If you need a keycard, keep looking for workers.

the den itself isn't hidden though the quest is in a secret area once you get inside

This | -[ ] | room in particular is extremely well ventilated, as you notice | | a gust of fresh air breezing past your nose. Part of the wall | | seems to be recessed here. | |

You insert the bones into the wall. Maybe you could try to 'climb' them? FUNNY right?

Now fight workers until you get the keycard. Examining it will show you what you need to do at the VIP door.
