    Description:
    On Ix there's a Junkie next to a blue box. If you don't have a ICTS control
    device, then you must get one there. Then get a puzzle holder and enter the
    ICTS matrix and complete the puzzle. Special instructions will be given when
    solved. Type: help ICTS for more information.

Solution

goto Ix AP, e, 2s, w, goto Ventura (request transit, etc) From here go e, 2s, 5e, s, w. This is where you get the Cell control device and the puzzle. The syntax to get the puzzle is 'press button TO puzzle' and then to get a Cell control device, 'help blue box'. Follow those instructions and from there, once you get a Cell control device, read help cells so you get an understanding of navigating the cells.

From this spot you can 'enter cells' and you're in. The object of the puzzle is to deposit puzzle pieces into it that you find in the ICTS. To be able to see objects in the ICTS, you gotta go kill Tron and use his Retinal Mask to do an 'irlook' when in the cells. Move from cell to cell and gather puzzle pieces (examining the puzzle will tell you how much you need).

Once the puzzle is done, take it to the room below the IMG guild (the IMG Metal Pub, the room with MECH the Barman) and follow the instructions. —syntax is shit. 'mech I have the puzzle' (without quotes of course) From here, you'll need to locate Zevdal, and not the one who's around Ventura. He's somewhere in the cells. Find him and follow the instructions you received from the barman.
