Solution
Starts on Arrakis. Go to the Living Sietch @ (21, 42) and look around for a mob that seems to be missing a crysknife.(Note: you don't actually have to start the quest with him)
The crysknife you require is located on Giedi Prime, in the area (2n, ne, all n, enter) from the AP. Try searching around.
Once you find the knife, return to the Living Sietch, find your quest mob from earlier and 'say I have the crysknife'

Fremen thanks you and says: We need your help! Not long ago, this
sietch came under attack from the Harkonnen. Many Fremen young and old
lost their lives to that scum! During the mayhem, they pillaged a very
sacred and ancient crysknife from our sietch vault. This crysknife is
very important to us - and must be returned immediately!
The Wise Fremen clears his throat and says: We know it is hidden on their
home planet of Giedi Prime. Please, go there and find it! Once you do,
return to me and 'say I have the crysknife'.
