Active Medic Ability

Syntax:

             cauterize or cauterize <target>
             

Requires : Guild Level 600, Medic Profession

Cost : 50 Energy

Based on : Heal_bonus

Effects: Cauterize is a Medic ability that allows you to heal yourself for a large amount of health. However, you will first take a percentage of your health as damage first. If your health is too low, you won't be able to cauterize at all.
