Requires : Guild Level 600, Warrior Profession

Cost : 100 Energy

Based on : Enhance_bonus, Guild Level

Effects: Empower will greatly increase your stats, mainly your strength and constitution, for a period of time. When this effect wear off, you will suffer from some amount of weakness.
