Energy is the total measure of your capacity to perform various actions. Almost all active guild abilities have some energy cost which is modified by your cost bonus. Energy regenerates at a fixed rate which cannot be changed. The your maximum energy starts at 100 and may only be increased via the 'underlayment' bodysuit modification.
