As an Imperial Sardaukar, House Corrino offers to train you in six different disciplines, each equally valuable to you as a soldier. You may train these disciplines at Revmar the trainer, inside the guild headquarters. You must use training points, which you get for advancing guild levels, to train each discipline. Be careful when choosing which disciplines you want to train. Each is important in its own aspect, and concentrating on one or two instead of keeping them balanced may hinder you.

The disciplines are:

The basics of defending yourself against your adversaries. A Sardaukar with a high degree of defense training will find himself needing healing much less than one without a high degree of defense training.

The basics of attacking your enemies. You learn many different forms and methods of attacking. You also learn the advantages and disadvantages of all sorts of attacks. This discipline affects nearly all of your guild related attacks. Do not leave it by the wayside.

Mental conditioning is vital to a Sardaukar. You must be able to withstand high degrees of mental strain, and you must be able to focus and concentrate at will on very demanding tasks. Mental conditioning plays a part in nearly everything you do as a Sardaukar.

The basics of information gathering, distributing, and use. Knowing about your opponent and being prepared for it is half the battle, they say. Intelligence training enables you to gather and compile information on opponents, keeping their weaknesses and strengths filed for use in future battles.

Keeping a low profile is critical to your survival. This training shows you how to go about unnoticed and how to act and react without anyone seeing that you've done anything at all. Sardaukar that are highly trained in stealth will be able to easily avoid opponents or slip them a deadly dagger in the back.

The fusion of attack and defense training. Your tactics training teaches you how to combine your attack and defense training to enable you to win battles. Knowing how to attack and defend does not guarantee you will know WHEN to do them, or WHICH attack and defense to use. Tactics teaches you that. Tactics training is heavily used by Sardaukar. Do not ignore it.
