Required guild level: 150

Camaraderie is a trainable guild skill. It directly affects your Bond ability. Your bond ability will have higher percentage of damage redirection based directly on your comraderie skill.

With that said, this skill will have no effect if you don't have your companion with you. This skill becomes available at Guild Level 150.
